    • Please contact Chris and Nick for all questions and concerns regarding your shift.
    • Check in and out with them upon arrival and before you leave. 
    • Arrive EARLY.  Give yourself at least 15 minutes to park and walk up the hill so that you are on-time for check in.
  • PARKING AND ARRIVAL
    • AVMT Parking Pass.  Do not forget your parking pass from the last worked shift.  If this is your first time at Alpine check with your stewards on obtaining a parking pass.

      • Exit NORTH on HWY 120, Take a RIGHT on SWOBODA Road, Take a LEFT on Townline Road, Enter Alpine Valley Ski Resort at the A-Fram

      • Park in the LARGE parking lot on your RIGHT at the bottom of the hill by Trucks and Buses. 
        • DO NOT Park trucks/buses/Runner Vans in
    • Walk Up the Golf Cart Path to the WEST as directed by Security. 
  • COVID Rapid Testing
    • This is accounted for in your call.  Please show up as scheduled in https://login.callsteward.com/
    • Rapid Tests will be administered before working on stage.
  • EMPLOYEE PAPERWORK
    • You must complete paperwork with Live Nation in order to be paid in a timely manner.
    • Tell your crew chiefs if you haven’t completed paperwork with Maryann/Live Nation this summer.  You must do this to be paid.
    • If you haven’t completed paperwork, you will need to bring 2 forms of ID per I9 Verification requirements in order to work!!! 
    • Live Nation Biweekly 
      • If you do NOT have direct deposit set up please consider doing it.
      • ADP Stubs can be accessed via Live Nation’s WORKDAY login information.
      • If you do not receive your pay in a timely manner please reach out to your union hall as soon as possible.
  • OTHER INFORMATION:
    • Dress for the Weather!  Check weather reports and be prepared.  You are often exposed to the elements while working.
    • Wear your IATSE Local 18 gear if you have it!  All Show Call Hands must dress in SHOW BLACKS.  Bring your gear in case a last-second slot opens up. 
    • Steel Toes, Hard Hats, Gloves, Face Masks and Water Bottles.  PPE is important.  Better to be safe than sorry
    • 9” Crescent Wrench + Leatherman if you have them. 
    • Pad Locks for Gig Bags.  There is an Employee Lounge in the Expo Center.  IATSE Crew are welcome to utilize lockers and lounge space as designated by Live Nation.  Check with your Crew Chiefs regarding the location of the employee lounge.
